• Website estimate request forms, which post submissions to our API endpoint at api.quoinos.com/leads/inbound (a Cloudflare Worker) that writes the record directly to our Supabase database
• Phone calls and SMS communication via Twilio, which delivers voice and text events through a webhook to the same Cloudflare Worker, which then records the interaction in Supabase
• Direct email correspondence
• Cookies set by Cloudflare (performance and security) and Cloudflare Turnstile (bot verification on forms)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Respond to inquiries and provide estimates
• Schedule consultations and services
• Communicate regarding projects and updates

4. SMS & Communication Consent

By providing your phone number and submitting a form, calling us, or providing your number during an in-person consultation, you consent to receive SMS messages and phone calls from De Lira Concrete Corporation at the number provided. Messages are sent via Twilio and may include:

• Estimate delivery and follow-up
• Appointment and site visit confirmations
• Project scheduling and day-of arrival notifications
• Project progress updates during active jobs
• A single post-project review request

Message frequency varies — typically 2 to 10 messages during an active project or estimate. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS communication are used solely by De Lira Concrete Corporation for the purposes described above.

We do not send marketing, promotional, or sweepstakes messages. All SMS traffic is operational and related to an active or prospective project.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to operate our website and business. These providers process data on our behalf and are required to protect your information:

• Supabase — PostgreSQL database that stores our leads, clients, projects, contacts, and related business records. Form submissions from our website are written directly to Supabase by our Cloudflare Worker. See Supabase’s Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare — Provides hosting, CDN, performance, and security for this website. Cloudflare also runs our API Worker at api.quoinos.com, serves our operator portal at app.quoinos.com via Cloudflare Pages, and provides Cloudflare Turnstile for bot verification on estimate forms. Cloudflare sets performance and verification cookies. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
• Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online + OneDrive) — Business email and document storage for De Lira Concrete. Email correspondence with clients and associated attachments are stored within Microsoft’s infrastructure. See Microsoft’s Privacy Statement.
• Twilio — Powers phone and SMS communication via (925) 444-7784 for appointment scheduling and project updates. See Twilio’s Privacy Notice.
• Clerk — Identity provider for our operator-facing portal at app.quoinos.com. Clerk authenticates De Lira Concrete staff only and does not process data submitted by public visitors to this website. See Clerk’s Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic — Provides the Claude AI assistant that helps De Lira Concrete staff process intake notes, draft proposals, and manage client conversations internally. Data submitted through our forms may be summarized by Claude for internal operational use; Anthropic does not retain this data beyond transient processing required to generate a response. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party advertising trackers on this website.

We retain your information only as long as necessary to:

• Cloudflare Turnstile — Challenge cookies issued on the third-party domain challenges.cloudflare.com during form-submission bot verification. These cookies do not persist long-term and cannot be used to track users across sites.
• Clerk — Session cookies set on app.quoinos.com during operator portal authentication. These do not apply to public visitors of deliraconcrete.com.

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, but this may affect form functionality.
